The Rode Mini Boompole Compact Microphone Boom Pole for Remote Audio Capturing ( 1-RODBPM ) is a compact, lightweight solution to electronic-news-gathering (ENG) and field recording applications that do not necessarily require a long boom pole. The Mini Boompole features a fully extended length of 2.05m and 0.84m when contracted. A 3/8-inch stud easily attaches to compatible microphone mounts such as the Rode SM3, SM4 and SM5 shock mounts.
The Mini-Boompole allows you to mount your microphone securely and swivel it in a range of directions that will allow you to easily change positions and follow your sound source.
