AquaTech's EVO III Water Housing allows you to record action on and beneath the water's surface with your Canon EOS-1D X series DSLR camera. The polyurethane housing includes a regular left grip as well as a palm stopper on the right, which can be exchanged to suit your needs. There's one shutter button in the usual spot for landscape shooting and another on the bottom for vertical holds, both of which give the same half-press for focus and full-press-to-shoot functionality as the camera.
Stainless steel and aluminum are used for the quick-release clips and tactile controls. All aluminum parts have been anodized for corrosion and other wear and tear resistance. The EVO III may work with separately available accessories like external strobe units and pocket wizards thanks to a flash bulkhead sync connector included with AquaTech flash housings. The enclosure ships without a needed lens port and takes a series of ports for a wide range of lenses, thanks to a threaded 1/4-20 mounting point at the bottom of the housing.
